Eubank mayor joins redistricting suit

Frankfort — The mayor of Eubank said late yesterday he is a party to a lawsuit filed by House Republicans challenging the constitutionality of newly drawn legislative boundaries that they claim favor Democrats. Frey Todd said the 80th House District line splits the city of Eubank in half.
